- Milan Laser Lawrence Kansas: The project was a tenant finish that consisted of demolition of the existing space and concrete for plumbing trenches. New framing and layout of a 2000 square foot building including new mechanical, electric, plumbing, and new roofing.
Milan Laser Hair Removal in the Streets of St. Charles

Project Description:
Milan laser is a tenant finish located in Streets of St. Charles. The project consisted of demolition of concrete, new framing and layout of empty space as well as addition of new mechanical, electric, fire suppression and plumbing. As well as installation of new lasers and medical chairs.
NOBU'S CLASSIC SUSHI & JAPANESE STREET FOOD

- Project Description: Nobu's Sushi Restaurant is a tenant-finish located on the Delmar Loop. The project consists of demolition of the existing finishes, new framing and layout of the space, installation of necessary mechanical, electric, and plumbing requirements. New kitchen equipment, decorative plaster wall designs, assorts millwork installation and other new finishes.

Project Description:
Renovation of 1st floor Administration Building. The scope of work includes the following: Demolition of existing interior partitions, flooring, ceilings, and finishes. New layout and framing for the financial aid and welcome center, new finishes including poured terrazzo, carpet and tile, plastic laminate millwork as well as solid surface tops (including quartz), and redesign of the existing mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing system.

Police Station

- Project Description – Construction of a new 2400 sf police station. Building is wood framed with masonry and Hardi board veneer.
O'Fallon City Hall
- Estimated Completion Date : August 2021

- Location: O’Fallon, MO
- Project Description – Renovation of all of the office areas on east and west wing. Scope of work includes security improvements including adding additional bullet resistant glass, modifying wall layouts, new finishes including carpet, LVT, paint and ceiling systems and upgrading the mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems.

- Project Description: Convert existing administration office to two new Top Golf Simulator's and Lounge areas. Add glass enclosures and soffits to the spa. Upgrade the check-in and concierge areas on the first floor.
Wal-Mart RREW Bridgeton
- Completed March 2020

- Location: Bridgeton, MO
- Project Description: Design-Build project to customize an existing 194,000 square foot warehouse to meet Wal-Mart's desired requirements. Worked with owner to develop cost estimates prior to construction. Scope of work included painting, electrical and lighting upgrades to the warehouse and construction of a 3,000 sf office with new restrooms.
International Paper Machine Shop Addition

- Project Description: Roof collapsed over the maintenance shop due to antiquated construction methods. Aspire worked on a design-build contract to demo the existing structure and rebuild properly. The scope of work including rebuilding a 1200 sf area of the building and upgrading the existing office space.
